What is Meditation?

Meditation is a mindful process where you focus, concentrate and align your thoughts to gradually get into a deep state of relaxation and transcendence. During the process of meditation, your brain frequency lowers to alpha, then to theta state and with practice to a delta state and beyond, which is a very deep sleep state. When you are in a meditative state, it is like a wakeful sleep where you have deep awareness which allows you to get answers and resources. You are also able to balance your left and right lobes of brain to have greater clarity, intuition,decision-making abilities and focus.

What Is The Importance Of The Right Meditation?

As per ancient holy scriptures, there are 112 Meditation Techniques given by the 1st yogi on earth, Adiyogi Shiva, that leads one to enlightenment (Moksha). 8th Chakra activation and divine union is one among the original shiva techniques. Even Buddha got enlightenment by following one of the Shiva Techniques. Hence, the right meditational practice under the guidance of a Karma Yogi Teacher is the first step to resolving heavy karmic baggage (samaskaras).

If the meditation that we practice is not deep enough, we won’t be able to overcome the samaskara, i.e., karmic baggages we have created over various experiences of the soul & body (ancestral karma of DNA). With the practice of Samadhi meditation classes as taught by Karma Guru, one is able to go deep in awareness while in Delta state (deep sleep).

Delta state (0.5 to 3.9 Hz) is the brain frequency of the unconscious mind. It is the brain frequency when you are sleeping very deep or snoring. Our unconscious mind and primitive part of the mind is the decision maker and our conscious mind is the motivator. So, if your unconscious mind is healed, you can create wonders for yourself and the world.
