What Is Chakra Meditation?

Chakra means wheel in sanskrit. This is because, at every chakra, there is a swirling motion as a result of inter-mixing of hot and cold channels of energy flow.

The energy flows through pathways called meridians, which are like “energetic highways” or“energetic veins”.
